60-Minute Initial Assessment & Evaluation
We’ll begin with a comprehensive assessment to discuss your concerns, symptoms, history, and goals and determine whether neurotransmitter and genetic testing is appropriate for you.

Neurotransmitter & PGx Genetic Testing
Based on your initial assessment, Tamara will help determine which testing options are most appropriate for you. Testing kits will be sent directly to you, along with instructions for collecting and shipping your specimens to the laboratory.

Laboratory testing fees are separate from the $1,295 package fee and are paid directly to the laboratories.

90-Minute Results Consultation
Once your results are received and reviewed, you’ll meet with Tamara for a 90-minute consultation. Your results will be explained in detail, and you’ll have time to ask questions and better understand what your results may mean for you.

Personalized Supplement Recommendations
Based on your results and individual needs, supplements may be recommended to support neurotransmitter balance and other areas identified through your testing.

FullScript Supplement Account
Recommended supplements will be set up through FullScript, an online dispensary offering professional-grade supplements. You’ll receive a discount on eligible supplement purchases through FullScript.

Personalized Supplement Education
You’ll receive detailed guidance about your recommended supplements, including what each supplement is intended to support, how much to take, when to take it, and how to take it.

30-Minute Follow-Up Consultation
After you’ve had an opportunity to implement your recommendations, we’ll meet for a 30-minute follow-up consultation to discuss how you’re doing, answer questions, and determine whether any adjustments or additional support may be appropriate.

How It Works

1. Begin with your assessment
Meet with Tamara for a 60-minute initial assessment to discuss your concerns and goals.

2. Complete the testing
Once you and Tamara have determined which testing is most appropriate, your testing kits will be sent directly to you. Laboratory fees are paid separately to the testing laboratories, and each kit includes instructions for collecting and shipping your specimens.

3. Review your results
Once your results are available, Tamara will review them with you during a 90-minute consultation and answer your questions.

4. Create your personalized plan
Together, you’ll discuss nutritional supplements and other supportive strategies based on your results and individual needs.

5. Check in and reassess
After implementing your recommendations, you’ll have a 30-minute follow-up consultation to discuss your experience, answer questions, and determine next steps.

Investment

$1,295

The Neurotransmitter & Genetic Testing Package is a self-pay service. The $1,295 package fee includes:

• 60-minute initial assessment and evaluation

• Selection and ordering of appropriate testing

• 90-minute results consultation

• Personalized supplement recommendations and education

• FullScript supplement account

• 30-minute follow-up consultation

Laboratory testing fees are not included in the $1,295 package fee and are paid directly to the laboratories.

Neurotransmitter testing: Testing typically starts at $184 and may range up to approximately $400, depending on the testing selected based on history, symptoms, and goals. Available options will be discussed following the initial assessment.

PGx genetic testing: The cost is $399 when insurance is billed by Vanta Diagnostics. For those without insurance to bill, the self-pay cost is approximately $599.

This means the total investment will vary depending on the laboratory testing selected.

Important Information:

This package is an educational and wellness service and is separate from Tamara’s psychiatric medication-management practice. No medications are prescribed as part of this package.

Testing results and supplement recommendations are intended to provide information and support individualized wellness planning. You are encouraged to share your results and recommendations with your medical provider and confirm that any recommended supplements are appropriate for you, particularly if you take medications or have other health conditions.

If you would like to continue working with Tamara after your follow-up consultation, additional coaching and support options may be available.
